Our place have a thermostat that allows you to adjust a comfortable temperature for yourself, and it's located just to the right of the front door. Additionally, in the bedroom on the right, there's an extra heater in the closet. This is a NON-SMOKING, NON-PARTIES home. Any guests who smoke in the house or throw parties will be fined $1000 per day of their reservation
